do you feel stuck?
do you feel unmotivated?
do you feel drained?

My first raw and real experience was during college. See, burnout is one of those states that I felt I would never encounter because school had always been easy for me. I was a 4.0 student in high school while having a job, being involved in sports, and taking colleges classes all at the same time. I always felt motivated and continued to pursue the best.
When I fell to burnout in college, I felt there was no way out, that I was a continuously digging my way out while someone was consistently undoing the work I had done. It felt inescapable, suffocating, overwhelming, hopeless, and unfair. I was ashamed to tell anyone, was self-critical, and continued to live with a cloud of anxiousness, worry, and discontentment over my head. With all these factors depriving my spirit, I was to the point of giving up
